On a side note I have been spending stupid amounts of time listening to the 9 minute loop Four Tet has going on YouTube. I hear that Ariana Grande vocal sample in my sleep at this point.

stoked.  although madlib has so much 'solo' work that kieran's description making it sound like some kind of debut is a bit disingenuous.  he seems to be implying itll be a different type of track than the medicine show or quasimoto or whatever releases.  either way.. stoked, cant wait to hear

despite the fact that he produces loads of music, it seems like forever since there's been a proper Madlib solo release. I've been wondering why we haven't heard from him in awhile.

some proper bangers on this joint (eg. 'riddem chant' goes hard). kinda wish it stayed a little more focused though as this is more akin a cleaner sounding beat konducta tape but whaevs. madlib is always on point

Beat Konducta 1-2 goes hard to the muthafuckin paint, stoned-cold classic slept on only b/c it came out right around the same time as Donuts
