Star Wars nerdery all the way with Banthas - Lucas' lawyers came calling, so Paradinas used Rude Ass Tinker, an anagram of Tusken Raiders, too.

Mu-ziq isn't  the greatest moniker either. Painfully early 90s feel. So is aphex twin though. And pretty much all idm artists come to think of it. In fact does anybody in electrical music have a non sucky artist name?

It was to carry the Star Wars theme of artists on the Clear label (Where he debuted this name) like Middleton/Pritchard calling themselves the Jedi Knights, I think is the most likely theory.

Just found it - he posted about new test pressings on Twitter. Paused it when he had the record put on and it’s on analogical force? Cant tell the category number but it definitely says LP on the cat section and mu-ziq for artist
