There was a feature about Jah Wobble on Bandcamp daily which got me reinterested in his music https://daily.bandcamp.com/lists/jah-wobble-bandcamp-guide

I personally became familiar with his work playing bass on U.F.Orb and later his collab with Evan Parker on Passage to Hades got tons of plays at my home, but I never dug much deeper. Any personal favorites you guys have or recommendations for places to go next? I know he used to play in Public Image Ltd but I'm not much of a PiL fan. I'm into reggae dub and other dubby bass and delay shit if that's any help.

Let me start with one of my favorites from Passage to Hades

electro mini-album Megacity Rainfall
"cacas in igne, heus"  - Emperor Nero, AD 64

Spinner - one of my favorites by him (and Eno). Also recently got the reissue treatment.

I can recommend Radioaxiom: A Dub Transmission and Solaris Live In Concert. Of which the latter was reviewed by Pitchfork.

PiL are a tricky band. A small portion of their music is brilliant, the rest I have trouble with. Jah Wobble played on Metal Box, which is easily in the top 10 albums I’ve heard which I should love but just leaves me cold. Low by Bowie would be another example. I think Metal Box influenced a lot of bands with their (I guess at the time) quite a radical new sound.

I’m pretty sure Andrew Weatherall seeked his bass playing on Screamadelica as well.

All I've heard by him is this collab with Holger Czukay and Jaki Liebezeit of Can and it's really good. I mean, how can you go wrong with them involved? Love this track especially
