Uhh... okay. This is just Luxus 1-3 from 1000 Fragments on the A Side, and Space (Altered Version) from Time And Space on the flip. Nothing new, but I guess if you wanted the Luxus track on vinyl, then you're in luck.

I wish he’d release some new stuff. His AV installation at the now legendary DFN Fest was very impressive.

I was going to pick this up until I noticed it's nothing new. Would love a new album. 

There's a new installation finally opening in May this year in London: https://www.180thestrand.com/ hopefully it will go ahead this time. 

I'd never heard Luxus 1-3 before, was definitely an unexpected pleasant surprise to the super-intense-barcode-percussion of Ikeda's typical releases. Has he done any other stuff this 'orchestral' ?

It's not lush like Luxus 1-3, but Op. from 2002 would be the closest I think. Composed for strings.
