Prince - Camille (1986) [Third Man Records]

This one is even more obscure than The Black Album, very curious to hear it in full

I saw Purple Rain for the first time last night on HBO Max. I was 5 when it came out and I can only remember my parents' strong insistence that I couldn't watch it even though I loved the album when my dad played it. 

Anyway, the cringe is strong and undeniable but it's charming as well. I can see how it would blow up the musical/cinematic landscape of 1984. Appollonia Kotero had among the best racks I think I've ever seen. My parents were holding out on the goods.
