OCR a PDF for synthesis

Ive got this old classic analog synthesis book. The Allen Strange book. I need to have it OCR'ed. So I can search it. I tried reddit, They said put it in google drive and you can spit out the text. I want the actual Pdf still intact. I dont have any pro graphic software. I think Adobe reader pro can do it. Any help appreciated. 

PDF Xchange Editor (or whatever the current version is called, I got it a long time ago) will do this, I do it to every scanned manual I download.  Best PDF viewer/editor I've used.

I dont use windows. Damn.

Processing it now, it'll take about 15 minutes.

EDIT: actually, at the high quality setting it looks like it'll be more like a couple hours, it started out fast because the first page or two aren't scans. If I don't upload it tonight I fell asleep before it was done.

Also have some empathy for the OCR impaired FFS.  I have a handi-capable version of Acrobat at work computer that I can feed the file if the case is still open tomorrow.
