1987 to 1993. Your "electronica" recommendations!

hey everyone

I have been solely listening to old music for a while now and became quite fascinated by just how fast electronica when from being total garbage to quite nice, from 1985 up to 1993. 

just thought id open a thread about this subject to hear what some of you guys have to say.

feel free to recommend or post music from that "early" era.

It did in the UK, early-to-mid 80s, but wasn't used widely.  Check the label on this one, for a while I've wondered if that was an Aphex namecheck (rather than just a reference to the BASIC programming language):

And this is only a small section of those years, and just focused on jungle and breakbeat hardcore

Nice thread. Souvlaki is a 93-album btw. What I listened to in that actual period, that's still good.
