Incredible album and one of the most cherished records I own. Happyfour Twenty in particular is an immaculate piece of music.

Have attempted to reach out to Ambidextrous Records through bandcamp twice - radio silence.

Third time reaching out was a charm. Got this response:

Yeah the vinyl was on pre-order and the plan was to ship out in 90 days but we never sold enough. Unfortunately, at this point we're still 24 short on the number needed to press. It doesn't seem like a huge amount but it is too much for me to shoulder myself at the moment. Some other folks have been unhappy about the delay and reported me to PayPal which didn't help either as it reduced the sale number again. I was planning on making a decision at the end of this month that if there still wasn't enough sales then I'd be issuing refunds. However, I'm happy to refund you at the moment and again apologise about this. It's been a bit of a disaster to be honest.

Not familiar with this album, but I'll give it a listen and if I like it enough I'll do my part and order a vinyl.

Sucks about the record. Was there any mention of the sales needing to reach a critical threshold when it the pressing was originally announced?

oh well. lapsus should pick this up for their perennial series.

Pretty shady how Ambidextrous Records went about this whole ordeal.
After they stated last month "refunds were on the way"... they stopped responding to direct messages and email.
Due to the "preorder" being outside of the 180 day window, PayPal is recommending contacting bank to reverse funds.
