Memory Scale-BOC/Seefeel tones

It def sounds like the inspirations mentioned. It sounds amazing, but it also seems like a 'boards of canada' preset factory. I do this myself., so please don't consider it a slight on this piece, it's good. I wish I could relax enough to do this. 

Mate, that's relaxed af! Reminds me of the synths used by TalkTalk on Laughing stock.
