Can't overstate how important this guy's contributions were. Similar feelings to the loss of Peter Rehberg a few years ago, though farther reaching. Brought computer/electroacoustic music to much wider audiences outside of academia and it's hard to imagine the taste of many WATMMers, myself included, without his contribution, in these regards and was also a founding member of the excellent groups P.D. and P16.D4 in the 80s. He also founded the classic techno label Force Inc. Music Works. which put out its own amazing music for the dancefloor.

He will be surely missed, though his legacy shall never cease due to his excellent curatorial skills.
