Lianne
I’m glad you made a topic on this album - I’m enjoying it so much. What’s weird is that it is 2 hours long but doesn’t feel like it…I just want more when it is over, and it flows and keeps interest so nicely. Amazing detail and surprises throughout. Very fierce. Lianne
Yeah, I just took another listen to this and found it quite mindblowing. The track mixes are so big and vivid, and I'm appreciating its detailed and angular and occasionally harsh but never uncomfortable ever-warping ever-mindmelting details. Second Half gets for me perhaps even stronger than first, with a more hynpnotising, more wildly experimental flourishes, and a more tribal almost, reptilian, sliding onwards. It might not be for everyone, but this Brutalist experience is exactly what scratches my itch in life, including with world happenings Edited January 15 by Lianne eye and outofhand 2 Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/105394-robert-logan-brutalist-slowfoot-records/#findComment-3000087 Share on other sites

Really falling for Geognosis, Rust Morphology and A Roaring Silence at the moment, which is different to before (mainly was getting a kick out of the first half of the album before.)
