Thanks for recording and uploading this! I love that the machines did their own thing for a while, so alive.

But also they resurrected the show and it sounds gnarly. 

The tension / frustration in those first 20 minutes must have been unbearable if you were coming up on something lol

love how pissed off this sounds at times.

1000 people staring at you in the dark, heckling while you desperately try to get your computer working is something out of a really bad dream. I'd have been out the stage door and on the next flight to Norway after about ten minutes.

Funnily enough saw Mogwai 2 weeks ago and EXACTLY THE SAME THING HAPPENED. 10 minutes in they pulled the sound and spent 20 minutes trying to get things fixed while everyone shuffled around awkwardly. Less aggro than the Manchester crowd though.

Is it confirmed which one’s rig died? hearing these bits solo is indeed interesting.

Willing to be wrong but I bet they do release the soundboard. It’s a novel variation.
