Still, the Digitone 2 is an amazing machine and definitely can get into mono FM territory IMO. My initial plan was to get a machinedrum for the full experience but almost got scammed on one, so I ended up buying the DN2 out of frustration and so far it has proven to be a more than worthy alternative. Love the comb filters. Just wish it had a dedicated fx track.
