I believe that's fanart (or perhaps art appropriated by a fan), but everyone treats it like the cover as that's all there is. Presumably the real thing's not even as thoughtfully adorned as Ludd's.

It is fanart; someone on Xltronic created that.

Honestly, it's a C90 cassette with Richard's handwriting on it - there's no artwork, as Richard wasn't as obsessive as BoC in his DIY releases never meant for public consumption.
