Studio monitor signal have lots of (unwanted) noise

I've had this problem ever since i bought the stuff, and i layed it off for a while. when i first got it i coudnt even get a signal, just a minimal amount of noise. Now I get what im playing in my computer, but theres also a lot of noise with it. I've tried changing all my settings, looking in the manuals and i can't quite figure it out.

 

I'm not sure what could cause it, do you?
