I can hear the Aphex song in my head, no idea what it's called. I think there's a good chance you're right about this, though I started listening very skeptical. That would explain all the background hiss whenever that synth appears on his track, matches the hiss on this really closely if not exactly. Very cool track too, remarkable for 1960. I need to find out more about this woman.

I love early electronic music, and have found Pierre Henry's influence on Richard via his Ventolin track and a few more....so maybe Richard really does use an Akai S3200XL?

The start of 'afx237 v7 ' pitched down, maybe, maybe not, but sounds similar. Nice track anyway.
