anyone ever had the pleasure of eating fresh halibut? i had some this weekend in rhode island and it was the best goddam fish i've ever had in my life. god damn.

but seriously. halibut. it's the best fish ever, really mild fresh moist white fish, presumably north atlantic waters. i'm gonna go wikipedia it. okay north pacific as well. GOD DAMN these fuckers are ugly as homemade sin!
