I'm in the UK and respect this site and it's members, so I'd like to buy this compilation via paypal or solo.. I don't need printed CD, just FLAC quality audio files.

Hmmm... Couldn't you just buy the CD and then do what you wished with it?

Digitial downloads would be easy.

Just offer a private torrent, whereby you close all outbound connections to whom are not encrypted with the right hash client code, (ip address) and then everyone helps distribute it.
