FL5 problem

I was working really hard on a track for about 3 hours straight today... the circuit that powers my room tripped and the power went out for a second... when i went to load up what was saved, the file said it was corrupt. does anyone know if there is a way to restore the file?

if you haven't saved any projects since the one that is corrupted, FL saves a backup of the last saved .flp in FLStudio 5/Trash Bin/backup.flp. i opened it up and fully recovered my tune. i felt like it was a miracle.

You sir, are a fucking ledgend. Bumping this in the hope that others who run into the problem (I know I have) will then be able to fix their shit
