I just put this together a few days ago, finished it at 6 am after a late-night surge of creativity.. hope somebody enjoys it

that was pretty good man. a bit dry at times though. i think it needs some other element in it, perhaps a bass line... i really like what you did with the beat, it was very entertaining... the melodies need work, but it was tops, nice.

i liked the beat, but did not like the strings...needs a bassline

I usually dont say this but the strings could used some washier delay-based effects to make them have better space. I feel it sounds very clean though so not much work to do in that area. I really enjoyed the interesting song structure. Ill try something similar in a future project.

Yeah, I like it! Very interesting, I think the melody could come in sooner maybe, but fuck it, whatever.....really original, well, the strings are a bit Girl/Boy Song I suppose, but still good. Nice work. What did you make this with/on?

This is a nice track. I would bring the melody in a tad sooner though, and perhaps add some reverb on the strings so that they sound less up front. I suggest shortening to about the four minute mark too, or at least shorten the bit the end where it goes out of tune.

ah, thanks everybody! comments noted. i agree the strings could use a bit more presence, i might go back and edit the track a bit when laziness releases its death grip on my soul.

reminds me of a mouse on mars track. i dont typically like the marchy kinda rhythm like this but it really makes sense in the context of the title. you have a loop that kicks in roughly 1/3 of the way through the track, just right before the strings kick in, that i absolutely love. save it. it is brilliant. the drunken part at the end . . . not sure about.

from the very first half-second of sound i could tell it was made in FLoops, and i don't even use that program.

at any rate, i also think the melody is the best part. the sound quality of the track as a whole isn't too great, but whatever.

most everything i hear on ekt sounds like the "extended remix"

i think if you condensed all the parts to a 3min track it'd be more exciting and repeatable

this is better than most here and i liked the strings

and no don't reverb them, people reverb too much

let me rephrase what i said. i like the melodie, but it's too smooth or something.. the bit where it chops up and shit sounds good.. almost too... clean or something in the conext. but it is a nice melodie.
