poor man's Renoise keyboard

so i'm playing with renoise lately and entering notes via the typey kind of keyboard.

often i end up guessing which keys are which note, so i thought it was time for a sharpie mod.

i just popped out each of the 'black' keys and sharpied the sides (not the tops, don't want inky fingers).

so if you're poor... maybe this mod is for you

Try White-Out. It gives a better buzz than sharpies as well.

a thought i had was to just get an old opposite-colored keyboard and just switch the appropriate keys.

you could do one of those inverted piano style things

or one of those shiny metalic markers
