Hellraise and Come to Daddy

In light of the recent Hellraiser remake thread, I don't think I've ever heard this mentioned. The line "Come to Daddy" from the first film is even highlighted in Hellraiser II during a flashback sequence. Plus, of course, the whole soul-eating and wanting of said soul.

So, yeah, am I out of the loop and this has already been mentioned?
