does anyone in the united states know how to text someone in israel?

of course but i think theres some other numbers that go with it?

it's called the country code

for israel that's 972, and strip any leading zeroes

ie if the number is 048-15162342, then you need to text to 972-48-15162342

nope. if the area code within the country starts with a zero (and most do), you remove it.

his is "3" do i need to add that?

hm now im really confused..

ok. if the number is, say:

04(city code) 815162342(telephone number)

then the number you need to text is

972(country code) 4(city code minus the leading zero) 815162342(telephone number)

can't really clarify it any more than that.
