anyone use tracktion 2 , ?

i'm thinking about doing some very basic midi editting and i think i lucked out by finding this program, very simple and easy to use

a lot of help bubbles, which you can choose to turn off, but are helpful to a beginner, it looks like a pretty reliable program from what i've seen and fiddled with.

have certainly heard good things about it. very intuitive. just never came across it plus it's made by mackie...

yeah i'm not too fond of it at the moment

i tried sequencing with it.....

for me a perfect sequencer for how my mind werks would be reason, i'd give an arm and a leg for midi out support for reason... damnnnn

in reason i love how i can create groups of notes whichc are color coded among other things

oh well, i guess i'm stuck with reason for now :( siiiiigh

Tracktions one of those nice things to have for quick sequencing and quick projects, or big projects, or whatever. Actually ive never used it, this is just hearsay.

i use Tracktion version 1. its pretty nifty, and easy to use for people with poor audio tech knowledge like me.
