Flax Harmonade has been the ongoing collaboration between Brian Grainger (Milieu) and Lee Batchelor since 2004. On their self-titled debut album they created 17 tracks that varied from dark ambient to melodic electronic music electronic style.

Brian Grainger and Lee Batchelor creates here a more rhytmic and obscure sounded experimental electronic as most Milieu tracks founded on Aurora Boralis and Night Currents both sold out CDr releases. Althought there is clearly a differnent approuch on the Flax Harmonade tracks you still can find some traces of Milieu's trademark of his beautiful, sensitive and very well produced ambient.
