chinook (extended version)

the last section of this track...it just blew my mind.

never understood why they cut it short on boc maxima...the best portion of the track is in the latter half.

It's awesome, one of my all-time BoC faves. The Box Maxima version is weak in comparison to the single version though. To me 'Chinook' seems like a complete departure from anything else they've released.

i'm guessing that they extended ending didn't exist at the time boc maxima was released? they probably reworked the track for inclusion as the b-side on the 7"

i like how the main melody part on the maxima version is more 'ethereal'... but the ending of the 7" version pwns hard.

Speaking of BoC Maxima differences, I love that little metal scorch on the first bar of June 9th in the Maxima version.

Actually does anyone have that extended version of Roygbiv, the one leaked by that dude who they made it for for some school project? It's got some Sesame Street sample in the middle, it's neat.
