he does that in other songs in Analord I'm pretty sure, and in a lot of his other songs, I think.

theres also a lovely sound starting around 4:16 on Reunion 2.

its detuned analogue pads you can do in vaz modular if you add alot of flange and chorus feedback with a touch of room verb
