it's by icelandic rave duet AJAX. it's from an ep released in the early 90's called 'Rufige Project'. the track is 'Ruffige'

they did a comeback gig few months ago. did an ableton set with their old classics mixed with other rave tracks (including ruffige ofcourse). it was awesome. i have a recording of it too.

I don't think Goldie added very much himself (but then i'm not sure he ever does)

All Rufige Cru EPs are fantastic Early Jungle Techno. Darkrider especially - totally ruff.
