finally changed my esq battery

now i got a new battery in i was abel to play as its ment to play, before there was a high picthed screech when you edited a bank, not its peerrfect

so here is me just fucking with the synthasis on some presets, and i thought people like analog wingz and sutch would be intrested.. soo

sequenced quantised and all filters and sounds are the esq-1 drums 707..also terriblly edited together in 2 seconds

(and my god you can get some larry heard style basslines from this beast)

i still that fucking noise running though the track, trust it annoys me more and more i hear it

Hybrid synths are the bizzness - the only way you can take an extremely homosexual electric piano sample and acidize it :grin:

man, i really need to get mine repaired. i got it when i was like 12-13 and i haven't been able to use in about 9-10 years. i miss it.

i used to sync my esq-1 with my mirage and make sweet tunes with all ensoniq love.

ensoniq's workhorse sequencers are shite.

the timing is all to fuck if you change effects betrween patterns.

the esq is nice though. i believe jack dangers uses a couple.

umm basically its just modding the preset square patch (bank 3 softbutton 5)

but just add a saw -2 osc' instead of the 3rd square...

2 square osc's -1 -1

1 saw osc - 2

filter freq - 000 - res-Q- 011 - keybd - 65 (if you leave it in the filter page, you can use the filter like a 303, if the sequence is playing)

once i do a few more patches i'll send you a esq-1 patch dump
