the drum kicks aren't punchy; find better samples...the track is boring and needs more variation

you're right! the cat must have knocked the sub bass switch; I did the entire track compensating for the extra bass. I'm rejigging it now, will post asap as I'm going to Tunisia! for a bit :)

Have you ever tried one of those nasal wash things (they look like a ancient clay lamp). You pour warm water into one nostril until it comes out of the other? Well when I do it, I get a mega intense headache for a few minutes afterwards. I'm not sure if it's doing me any good. Some kind of sinus thing, I don't know really.

er, no never tried one of those...sounds quite nasty - i don't suppose it's doing any real harm, but i don't suppose you're meant to stick things up your nose and wash it through with water, so who knows!

don't do it if it hurts too much. what's the use of a nasal wash anyway? what's the advantage of using one?

It's a yoga thing. But my head felt like it would explode and my eyes went bloodshot

it doesn't go all the way up, just the tip.

I have problems with breathing through my nose (only one side works at any one time (and they swap over regularly for no apparent reason)) and this is supposed to help

i heard quite recently that everyone only ever breathes out of one nostril at a time and they switch 'round randomly...was quite recently i heard this on tv or something, or were we discussing it on here?
