looks like some fucked up ball of flesh with 2 anuses and like,9 scrotums.

a similar picture is on the cover of the Rubber Johnny DVD cover; i'm sure it wouldnt have even been marketed, but its hard to tell exactly what it is.

Chris Cunningham really likes anatomy so I guess he has used his skills on Rubber Johnny! I showed the sticker to a couple friends and no one has figured what it was, hesitating between an ass, an anus and a scrotum. The details are very disgusting: anal hair, stretched skin, holes, etc. I really like it for how it shocks people! ^^
