i liked it, the ending was the best

the beginning wasn't that great but i think it got better during the footage of the city from up in the sky , like it was filmed from the plane or something, that's when the video really caught my attention and when i was really into it, from there it was smooth sailing , har har

(i say this in the nicest/most encouraging way possible, because i really want to see you make more TCH videos)

not quite as good as your macquarie vid; it seemed a bit random in the first three minutes, though certainly it picked up slightly near the end. mostly it didn't seem to fit the mood of the track (which i can't even explain in words really; 'eerie' comes somewhat close. the only other signifiers that seem to approach it would be 'death', 'beauty,' 'night,' 'loss'). with macquarie, the mood of the video lined up perfectly with the track, like i really couldn't imagine anything lining up more precisely. but with this video, i wasn't really seeing how the first three minutes especially, but then also plane/woman thing, lined up with the mood of the track. the last two minutes did a reasonably good job, because the mood changes after the crescendo of 3:40 and it basically becomes another track after that point, sort of drifting from radio static into that acoustic part.

though i should note that the craftsmanship and editing were solid; it's certainly better than i could do.

Yeah, watched both the videos now to warrant another comment whilst all this BOC live drama is going on in general banter. The intro to the video is awesome i think, zoom ins and all the models really compliments the eerie tones before any such beat or melody has had chance to kick in properly. I love the bit where all the kids surround the girl too, i was straight up waiting for them to turn the fuck around and have no faces like the cover of MHTRTC. The wavey-grainey texture is peculiar... guess it makes it more abstract, but id prefer a little more crispness... personally. But great man, can't wait to see Satellite anthem icarus. BOCFTW!
