devil's playground - docu on the crazy side of amish people

anyone seen this? it's basically a look behind the public image of what most people see amish people fulfilling... the meth dealers and crack heads and rebellious teens.. plus it's set to the soundtrack of selected ambient works 2 (a pleasant surprise, so far)

I rented it sometime last year, it's pretty interesting. To see who chooses to leave the amish community after heavy partying.

The soundtrack is nice too.

It's worth a rental, I don't know if I liked it enough to purchase though.

interesting to see how things work.. the kids do whatever they want with the security of being able to go back to a safe family..

they seem so peaceful all the time.. never getting angry.. they seem to deal with everything rationally despite all the craziness.

Yeah, it's a pretty damn interesting documentary and it made me laugh quite a bit, since I always thought of the amish people as being strict christians, but these kids sneak out at night to drink and take drugs. Amazing!
