i like the beat on this really well but my

only suggestion would be to add delay

to the melody the distorted one that

leads during the middle of the song.

Thanks! Adding some delay to that lead would take too much work, reason is strange with effects. Maybe if i ever end up releasing to anyone besides EKT or myspace i will dink around with it more.

i like it, i agree about the synth, it needs super rich delay verb on it, i dont understand what you mean about reason being difficult with effects though.

Well, some effects when applied to my synths tend to delay them a half a second or something (but for seome reason this doest apply to the EQ, filter, or scream, just reverb and delay) so the only way i know how to make it work, is by applying the effect to the mixer and turning up that channels aux send 1 2 3 or 4. The problem with this is that i can only have 4 effects per mixer, and the one this synth is hooked into is maxed out, and the synth is already using effects from that mixer.

It would just be a pain to make a new mixer, duplicate all the effects, pull the synth out of that mixer and rehook it into the new one, just so i can get that delay.

Maybe you wizkids know an easier way?

it alerts you to the fact that you can rewire most anything really easily

Too bad i dont know anything about manual wiring. All i do is click on the thing i want the effect on, go create, click on the effect, and the effect is applied automatically.

start looking at the wires and where they are coming and going from, youll figure it out

Would it really kill you to tell me how to wire the effects properly so they dont delay the instrument? Apparently its easy enough to figure out so instead of me dicking around in reason for 15-30 minutes how about you take the 2 minutes to articulate a way to explain how it works. Maybe others on the board could benefit from it as well.

I really liked the snares at the end.
