dirty reggae

Finally someone creates some relaxed tracks here in the YLC. Love it!

The voice sample is great, but I wouldn't have minded some more acustic sounding drums instead of the MIDI-ones.

I was using those drum samples specifically, but I can see why you would want live breaks.

This song is dope, I would love to know how you made it. I appreciate the drums you chose, they do fit the song nicely. I'm a fan of relaxed tracks as well.

Only samples used were in the reason factory soundbank(the offbeat guitars) and stuff i recorded myself(bass, drums from sp505, pitched guitar parts) and the vocals are stabs that i sequenced from a refill called "creative essentials - african voices something orother."

awesome! i'll see what i can do. meanwhile, i've just uploaded a reggae styled jam from my band that includes some (somewhat sloppy) drumming by me if you want to hear.

ahhhh phat tune dude. really enjoyed it. would love to hear more tracks similar to this
