post-rock

the piano player from my band came over today and this just kinda flowed i guess. it's him on piano, and me on drums, guitar and fretless bass. i didn't get a chance to eq this properly, it's pretty much just a little loop so we can remember it. i think it'll build up to this from a noisy discordant intro section, and then maybe break out into something a bit metal afterwards.

i'm glad i'm getting back into unconventional songs, i spent way too long writing songs that were nice and even with chords that sounded logical together.

plink floyd

I liked this. To me it had a vibe somewhere between Pink Floyd and Radiohead. Would be a nice interlude.
