Haven't heard that Bjork song, but I recently picked up Telegram and the third track titled "Enjoy (Further Over The Edge Mix)" sounds like it had part of the beat lifted straight out of the AFX track on the NIN remix CD.

bringing this back from the dead, I always thought this mix was by Aphex. IMO, the sounds are right for that era of Aphex, especially when compared to 'At the Heart of it All' and some of the industrial-sounding madness of the Ventolin mixes.

It might also be worth noting "At The Heart of it All" was created much earlier than 1995 - as with most "remixes" and tracks done by Richard at the time, it was probably a leftover ICBYD track that when asked for a contribution to Further Down The Spiral, Richard provided ATHOIA and the other track included on that release. Very doubtful he created those specifically for NIN by request.
