Rare Duke of Harringay track?

Those are the only two pages I've found that make any mention of this. Apparentely there's a Duke of Harringay track called "Pink Flag" on the compilation "The Family Twee". Has anyone else ever heard of this?

The one site says that the release date for it was 1998, though. So it would've come much later.
