For the 11th time....what the hell is he doing here? yesss the tired old question, but what can you make out from this? It looks like he's basically mixing prerecorded tracks. Does he have songs seperated out and parts assigned to differnt faders and effects? I don't see a laptop....Damn these shitty low res utube vidies and the lousy camera operators! And why can't Funk tour a lot more and let me get a better look??

many of those cd dj players/mixes have Onboard effects

imo almost any effect on master channel is useless

specially ones that are onboard

well, I mean he seems to do some extra choppin' and delay and shit onto samples between songs and what not, I dunno.

only guy that plays this shit really live is TIM EXILE, pretty mad

and playing their tracks live is also totally different story

I heard he's been building his own CD mixers from scratch since he was 12

I heard he controls the cd mixers with his violin that he played on Rossz, he just routes it through a furby circuit bent to run maxmsp and it does some kind of pitch/amplitude detection.
