Techno and hiphop

More music made under the influence, not a psychedelic this time, but "lean."

techno track, i havent made anything like this iin years, but ive been listening to alot of the field lately

made this and put some de la soul and mfdoom acapellas on it.

Your techno track is different I guess. But I'm not really feeling the piano style stabs/harmonies to be honest. I guess overall its too kinda nice and a little mild for me. I think this would be good positive music for say a romantic movie though. Yeah, has that sort of vibe about it. What it really needs is a squelchy bassline and some funky percussion and a way of expanding the harmonies and making them more lush because they just felt a little dull.

hmm, yea they harmonies need to be bigger i guess, but i dont want anymore percussion, i think it might have too much as it is, and i dont want to add a bassline either, this ended up being a lot less homogeneous sounding than i intended, i wanted everything to blend together . thanks for the comments though

100% of these songs production were completed while very very slowed down on sommat pharms.

I dig techno2 a lot. Love the droney sounds. All I'd say is work on the mastering of the drums a bit. turn the snare sounding thing down a tad and up the kick. Love it though.
