apple powerbook 12" / pc desktop with my new 24" widescreen no less :)

would've gotten tb-303 last week but the seller on ebay had a "last jam session with it" and his friend plugged a 17v power adapter into the 9v 303 and ruined it. this is AFTER i transfered the money to his paypal account. fucking sucks, but i will be getting my money back. visa gives it 30days before they try to cancel it...bahh!

but fuck it, i'm bidding on the next 303 up on ebay. it will be mine, oh yesss

I own them, and many other soft synths etc, but this is everything Im actually using. I like this setup the best, I dont like having lots of softsynths. Ill probably never use the arturias again

Hmm, interesting. Is it just because of the lack of dedicated control surface?

Im scratching my head here, isn't your only sound generator there the Nord? Unless that logic plug is a softsynth, Ive never seen it before so Im unsure what it is exactly.

Yeah, Sculpture is a softsynth. It's a physical modeling synth, it's built into logic, so you can't use it in any other software.

So yeah, it's just the G2 and Sculpture (and sometimes ultrabeat, a drum synth... also a logic only plugin)

I mean, no softsynths can comapare with what the nord does, or how it sounds, so why use them? Sculpture is physical modeling, and very unique. The G2 does some physical modeling, but Im only beginning to scratch the surface, so in the mean time sculpture fills that void.

yeah Sculpture is quite the unbeatable synth there. If you havent heard it yet you must check it out.

Physical modeling is one of the most heavily UNTAPPED musical technologies out there. sculpture comes close to tapping that ass properly
