Korg Pad Kontrol

So a friend bought me one as a gift, it's in the mail as we speak. Anyone have any tips tricks for a Novice Knob Twiddler ? btw I'll be using Live mostly, w/ a hint of Reason and a dash of reaktor .

i use it with reason.

good for MPC-like hip hop drum programming.

the x/y pad is nice if you don't already have one. and if you do, than 2 is twice the fun.

but then korg released this and i got confused. should i spend the extra 100$.

then i realised i didn't think i'd use either. i'd like to play with one to see if i would actually get any use of it.
