It's sad this had to happen. They were some of my first influences into electronic music when I was younger, now they suckkkk.

i still cant decide if they really suck its just so different that i have to find new comparisons

i was going back to their old work recently as i really was a fan and i dont like most of it anymore either its so much better stuff out there today but at least it had some attitude back then

Well it sounds like they stopped trying to bring something new into the feild to me, just re-hash old concepts with guest artists, and shit like that.

i have recently been listening to the chemicals quite alot. come with us especially. i'll have to check this out. i wasn't particulary a big fan of push the button. how does this rate to that?

Push The Button wasn't good. I really hope there's something the quality of Star Guitar on the new one. I shall listen tomorrow and report my findings!

Erm well it's certainly better than the last one. No massive surprises so far though and nothing outstanding. Just cruises along nicely in the background really. There's a rather nice beatless track towards the end which I quite like.

upon first listen there's 3 to 4 tracks i'd like to listen to again, perhaps. but most of all, the cheese-factor is a big let down indeed. they've become the electronic black eyed peas on a friday night.

I've only heard the first single and didn't like it. The video sucked too. I hope the rest is better because I'm a fan of their older albums, but not "Push the Button" either.
