Yeah its definitely audible and I don't think thats a bad thing I quite enjoy it. Love vocoders by the way. I'm not sure where you could take it as I have those problems myself.

clearly audible as to what it says

not bad all round

but didnt really like the more chopped up pitched about vocals later on

or the break that comes in after

i have no suggestions

other than needs more 808?

but then i think that about almost everything

hey man, with a bit of editing and developement this will be top notch stuff, love it alot after it settles down after 1:10, the main "big disgrace" bit is well done but I reckon should me used more sparsely. Keep it rolling.

If it was me, I would have put some verbed claps on the 2 and 4 for the first 4/4 bit so you would have a dry and wet contrast of funk power, just around 1.43-44, where there is some sort of stuttering vocal action after it ends i would have dropped a bigger beat with alot of low frequency, just to give the track more drive and more forward momentum, and some filtered high end electro sounds introduced gradually. Just some ideas

love the bassline. if you wanted to work on the drums I would bring them up a little bit in the mix and layer some more like what you do at 1:43. but I always want the drums louder so that doesnt really mean much. but yeah, bigger beat with lower frequency
