That theremin thing is really great, the pitchy bendy portamento sounding thing you keep bringing in, lots of variation throughout, yeah I do love that sound you have going on when it comes in. Quality.

I added some live bass guitar -

cool, definitely adds something in some parts. In the first none acid bit (with the distorted and filtered synth, you are playing an e flat, the synth note is an e - the filtering does make it sound slightly flat though i guess

cool!

weird, because I have a bass playing friend coming over today to do some stuff (it was going to be electro/funk though!)

sounds like an Eb. if you load up something straight like a rhodes and play an E against it or when your other part comes in and plays an E (say at 2:13), you can hear that it's an Eb that's a touch sharp but on the lower semi-tone. must be an extreme filter setting. it works though, the flat five interval is a nice contrast to the egyptian mode in the other part.

i really like the track, it was a wicked workout on the bass. you can have the tracks if you'd like and there are a lot more takes to choose from. although it's cool as it is with just the synths.
