Funny thing is I watched an EX-2 (GX-1 sans speaker system, 3rd keyboard, and programming cartridges), go for $500 on Ebay a month ago.

If you're rich enough to consider purchasing, and you're buying it just for the sound, you're an idiot, you might as well buy some CS-80's as they sound exactly the same because they have exactly the same voice/filter modules.

If you're a collector/rich guy and you just have to have it though, it's like a rare Ferrari.

Also, $100,000 would be a pretty depeciated value, as they were purchased for around $45-55,000 in 1970's dollars. Adjusting for inflation, that $45,000 has abotu $240,000 worth of buying power today.
