i live next to an apple orchard. september is the best month soley because of the cider and pie.

cider is great if you're just talking about apple cider or sparkling cider but who knows, you're english, you might mean coffee or coca cola.

I'm drinking cider right now actually... vaguely fancy stuff from a glass bottle with ice cubes in it. And very nice it is too. As for cheap cider, it's alright for getting drunk on... not my favourite drink but it was a staple of mine when i was too young to get into pubs...

hard cider is my nectar, especially K.

Cider is ace, although I did grow up next to Somerset I'm not enforcing the stereoypical cider guzzling west-country teenager, no sir. Except, well maybe, yeh ok, I did drink a lot of cider when I was a teen. Home made stuff, REAL scrumpy, not that "Scrumpy Jack" shit. It's the west-country's version of moonshine, it WILL make you blind.

I've run out of cider so it is now officially pish :(

Yeah its pretty good stuff although i would rarely choose cider over beer
