Plus/Minus demo

Here are the tracks of my latest demo recording. It is my most intimate recording. Ever. So that means it's sort of lo-fi. Listen to it if you still have human blood residing within you and can take a break from hi-fi robot music.

Instruments used : Four track recorder, electric guitar, acoustic piano, old school casio keyboard, line 6 delay pedal, bandeon, violin and bow. The timing was all in my head. You have no idea what I went through to record this.

Enjoy my dissonance and time locks without percussion if you can. Comments, critiques, impressions, questions are all welcome and encouraged. I am at your feet fellow music makers. And don't try too hard to figure out my influences because I have none. I was trying to be as original as possible on this one. You can inform me if it reminds you of someone else, though. I have no problem with that.

absolutely beautiful. love the production work. dunno if i hear it well at 128kbps, some noises i don't know if they're intended or not, but beautiful anyway :)

yup, i agree - beautiful stuff indeed.

I liked Movement 1 the best, that gets a 9 out of 10, just for the last 2 minutes or so

beautiful stuff. it refreshing to hear something different come out of the YLC. I'm definitely going to be checking out more of your stuff. I also like how you took an old school approach to production, it gives your stuff a raw tone. keep doin' what you are doin'.

Thank you so much for your responses. I was never sure how this would be received by an audience, but I am glad to hear it was well received by you all. This recording is very close to me so my appreciation of your feedback is beyond words.
