new tune

was doing this DSC track for the DSC thing but it's not very DSC so i'll probably do something more DSC for the DSC thing

still in progress what do you think of it so far please?

this shit is classic, very well made. I love the synth tones, they're prefect, the bass is a little meh, but it's still pretty nice.

I was expecting the traveling bell tones that go on through most of the song to pause, and do some chords or something, but it's best to not be predictable, this song pretty much is DSC, but oh well, if you don't think it is I can't wait to hear what you make that IS DSC.

very good. too drunk to type a proper comment. so i gave you 5 stars

nice work. reverb on the ole 808 always comes out nicely. nice variations on the melodies. well, for the first part, the melody repeats, but you incorporate transitory variations on the lead synths to keep it interesting. layering a different line with the first line when the beat stops is nice (is that a synthesis or just a completely different line?) same with the next part, the melody of the main synth is changed (that is why i am separating it into two parts) but remains constant while you change the drum sequence and manipulate the resonance (?) on the lead synth..............excellent! puts me in a nice mood on a rainy day. the only thing i would suggest is just a little more variation on the 808. but that is up to you - sometimes a repeating drum sequence works best when the main focus is on melody.

what's DSC? very nice choon. would've enjoyed a little more variation in the drum patterns/sounds or in the melodies near the end.
