They look really nice for live performances with Ableton/Traktor etc, but they seem rather expensive (£150)

Anyone used one before, or know similar things that are better/cheaper?

Yeah, they look nice but it looks like these can do the job equally if not better and they're far cheaper!!

I did see them, but I kind of think they have the look of cheap tat about them! Maybe I'm being a little harsh, it's hard to say without having a go.
